You may be repressed but you're remarkably dressed

I left my MiniDisc player in Assens when I visited my parents last weekend, and therefor this weeks work has been somewhat less fun. Running up and down stairs, dropping of letters loses a lot of its glamour when you can't listen to Fountains of Wayne or Electric Six while doing so. And as a side effect I tend to get stupid songs on the brain when there's no other music around, and was there for humming "Shut you fucking face Uncle Fucker" all day today.

After work I went and got my hair cut, so short that it's actually more Franz Ferdinand-esque than Suedish... but it usually is right after and to my knowledge it grows out sooner or later....

This ugly fella just earned me 100 Dkr as he scored the fist goal in Brøndy-Barca. Good for him and good for me!

Bigger, Faster, More

So the internet is back on track, and peace is restored in the appartment.

As mentioned before I'm working all week and it can be quite a strange experience. For example: today I found a complaint lying on a desk in the post office. It went something like this: "Mr X has called customer service to complain about a recomended package that was send 18/7 and not received until 29/2" I admit that that is quite a long time for a package to arrive, but to my knowledge the 29th is not until this sunday, and I should bloody know since it's my birthday and it only comes every 4 years! So maybe next time the Danish Postal Service uses time travel, they should travel back instead of forward! Or.... the customer was actually offended by the fact that Post Danmark is using time travel; "You crazy mailmen, you are tampering with reality.... didn't you see 12 Monkeys and Timecop.... these things never turn out right!"

Do you know when you meet someone you've seen a hundred times on tv, and you almost by reflex say hi or wave 'cause it's such a familiar face? Well, I got mine down to a friendly nod when I almost ran over Rasmus Trads yesterday. He nodded back in return.
