Start with a weak foundation, you will end in ruins
Not much going on around here. The weekend's been quiet, apart from the football extravaganza yesterday. Arsenal played great, but unfortunately only got a draw. Arsene Wenger was obviously the weakest Gunner yesterday, with his lame defensive substitutions.... if it's working, don't f*cking fix it Arsene! Roy, John and I also suprised everyone... or ourself at least, by winning a serious batch of beer in an Arsenal quiz... Johns knowledge about Jose Reyes minutes on the pitch deserves special mention... 22 minutes, nothing more, nothing less!
In other news; my bike is punctured and my wallet's empty (hey, that sounded like a country song!). And I just received a delayed birthday present from my grandparents. Vernon God Little will probably be a good read. Especially my grandmother has great taste in books and has earlier on enlightened me with books such as White Teeth and The Wrong Boy.
Apparently free newspaper Metro Express is doing the daily paper on this years Roskilde Festival. Gaffa who's been writing the stuff the last couple of years, were according to rumors, dumped for being to critical.... let's hope that Reuters Bureau has a lot of good reporters on the festival site.... they are after all Metro Express' primary source!
