It seems that the most underground of my indie favs, Miss Black America, playes at a Halloween gig in London while I'm in the UK. It might mean that I would have to cut my stay in Leeds by a day, but I would really like to see these MSP wannabees!

And I've ventured into the world of evil all consuming capitalism today, as I ordered a share of Post Danmark stock at a special employee discount... let's hope they fare better than Dennis' AB shares!

...we actually thought it would end 0-0, due to the magnificent goalkeeping skills of Maik Taylor.... but luckily van Pepsie managed to sneak one past him! Huzza, Arsenal play worse football than last year, but at least we win some matches!

And it isn't everyday you get invited (read: crash) an album reception. But kudos to Thomas Fleron (I would link to him if he had a homepage!) for greeting me with open arms and a song that sounded quite a lot like From Venus Back to Everyday - very nice!
