I would go out tonight...

.. but I've got to work early tomorrow, so no J-Day (celebrating the release of the Danish Christmas Beer), no German accented karaoke, not much at Stalingrad!

I was delivering mail today, and an old lady gave me a lot of chocolate cookies, which I fiend extremely nice! She didn't seem lonely or desperate for someone to talk to, she just seemed, well, nice... and that really made me quiet happy, and restored a bit of my faith in humanity (having just heard the last bit of the Danish version of "Stars in their Eyes", I lost that bit of faith and some....)

But luckily Smack the Pony followed in short succesion, and I find it extremely funny. The humour is so unlike anything I've seen before, and they are excellent at making mock songs, that sound precisely like the band they are making fun of... tonight they did a brilliant Republica impersonation... which must mean the Danish television hasn't excactly got hold of the newest episodes, oh well....


A new Ormondroyd, funny as usual!

Tomorrows it's Arsenal against Spurz, that should also be a laugh!

So, Suede split up! Well, they were my favorite band in the beginning of the 90's, and helped me form my taste in music.... and a part from Manics they've probably been the biggest influence... people who knows my hairstyle will agree.... Still, they probably should've finished in time, like after Coming Up.....
