A cold and and hard start threatened to ruin my day, but Manchester Uniteds defeat at the hands of Wolverhampton has sort of twisted the whole perspective! I think I'll open the bottle of Spitfire Kentish Ale I bought earlier. Don't think I've tried it before.... if it's good I'll have high hopes for the rest of the day!

Once Upon a Time in Mexico was good clean action entertainment! The plot was a mess, and there were some gigantic plot holes (why the heck were The Mariachi and his girlfriend chained together!?!?!), but thanks to Johnny Depp (and to a lesser extend Mickey Rourke) it ended up as a pretty good flick!
