Absent Friends, here's to them...

To escape the madness brought on by to newly weeds weds visit in Aarhus, I've went gone to Funen to visit my parents. Here I've spend my time drinking red wine and coffee while watching super classics like Rambo III, where John Rambo fights alongside our great, heroic, very non-communist allies, The Taliban! Oh how times change!

Friends and regular readers should know that I have a soft spot for Ray Parlour, the now former Arsenal midfielder. One of my three Arsenal shirts even has his name and number on it. Therefore it's particularly sad for me to see him leave for Middlesbrough on a three year contract. Ray, you'll be missed! But instead of dwelling on sadness and loss, I decided to use Rays departure for something creative and constructive. So a big welcome to my blog number two; Parlour Watch - a blog devoted solely to The Romford Pele and his adventures.

And happy birthday Pernille, I'm still sorry about the delay in birthday cards... I blame Post Danmark!
