Smile like you mean it....

The Killers album, Hot Fuss, has gotten quite a few spins the last couple of days (courtesy of John). I must say that it's one of the best American albums I've heard in a long time, maybe becuase it sounds so damn British! Great stuff no matter what, and deservedly 'Somebody Told Me' is actually a minor radio hit here in Denmark! The band also got pretty great taste themselves, more people should hype 'This Is Hardcore'!

I'm still waiting for the new Manics album which I ordered 2 weeks ago from CDWOW. Yesterday I received a mail that they had temporarily run out of copies, but expected to send me my copy on November 16th. I then ask; who the f*ck buys that album and why? 'The Love of Richard Nixon' is hardly a selling point and all the fans that loooved 'This is My Truth' should have forgotten long ago and moved onto new, exciting, if somewhat light, stuff. I want my copy now, so I can start complaining about it!

Black Books 3 tonight at Anderz' place, it should be fun, and interesting, since I've never actually seen Casa Anderz before!
