Sadie, Sadie, hear the sound of The Streets?

The new Brett & Bernard thing, The Tears.... well, it's not gonna be very good, is it? I've heard the first single, Refugees, and it's not very good. Basically it's a classic (read: dull) Bernard song ("Stay" from his first solo album to be precise) with Brett singing (an improvement, but simply not enough), giving it a slight resemblance with a Suede B-side ("Sound of the Street"). It's probably not gonna be as bad as the last Manics album, but it's not gonna be ace either!

Their homepage on the other hand, confirms that they must be doing drugs again. I mean; what kind of "error" page is this?!!?

4th of May on the other hand, should bring some good music, as I'll be going to Copenhagen for the Kaiser Chiefs gig at Loppen (located in the Danish Beirut, Christania). Should be a blast!

Do do run run, do do run run

Aaah, nothing like starting a day of rest with a 15 kilometer run - still got that dreadful half marathon waiting for me on May 28th. My early run also, sort of, makes up for the day I spend being hung over yesterday - nothing like a good 0-0 celebration to mess you up!

What would you do?

Just got home from my parents place, which was nice enough, but unfortunately meant that I once again missed The A-List - shame.
