Bugger - The The Tears gig lies on a day where I plan to be enjoying pints, and if I'm lucky, an Arsenal match in London! Depeche Mode anyone?

Summer's back over Aarhus, and concert-wise it also looks a bit brighter. The Tears on Train, yes please - let's see if it's possible to get hold of tickets. Otherwise the concert landscape of Aarhus is as grim as ever. Loppen on the other hands just hauls them in. Stephen Malkmus & the Jicks supported by The Cribs and Editors could both be good gigs, but I think my money and attention is set on Art Brut on November 16th. As mentioned before I think "Bang Bang Rock 'n' Roll" is a massive album, actually the best new thing I've heard so far this year, and thanx to John they're also on B-rotation over at Gaffa Radio - nice one!

And an England sojourn is on its way, probably. An Arsenal match or two, an Ordinary Boys concert and a trip to Dirty Leeds could be the major attractions, but nothing is certain yet.
